Having been expelled twice before the age of eight and at 15 being told by a headteacher he would be dead or in prison at 21, running a business was not on the agenda.
With no male role model, James is keen to help young people that can’t see a way to escape difficulty.
He will always champion the underdog and believes that whatever your start in life there is always a chance to succeed.
