Coaching and helping others is something that James is incredibly passionate about.
From his first job after university at Carphone Warehouse, James realised that he enjoyed coaching and developing teams.
Over the last 20 years he has refined this skill to truly understand what makes people tick and how companies can utilise people more effectively.
Having practical coaching skills within small and large businesses, an academic approach was a key part of his MBA course and the module he scored highest in.
